Return & Refund Policy

Soi Towels Return & Refund Policy

(Effective for all orders)

 

1. Customer Communication Required

If there is any issue with an order (defect, damage, or wrong item), customers must contact me directly within a reasonable time. I respond quickly and always work to resolve issues.

 

2. Return Required Before Refund

To receive a refund or replacement, the customer must return the item.

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

 

3. Replacements for Legitimate Issues

If an item is defective or damaged, I gladly replace it after receiving the returned item. I have done this successfully for past customers.

 

4. Chargebacks Without Contact

If a customer files a chargeback without contacting me or without returning the merchandise, the standard refund process has not been followed.

 

5. No Refund for Items Kept

A customer cannot keep the product and also receive a refund.

Returns are required to complete a refund.
